This Terms of Service document is designed as a guideline for all web hosting clients under Free100MBHost.com and their sub-clients. You accept these terms by either requesting a hosting account or receiving a hosting account from Free100MBHost.com. These terms may change at anytime, and can be changed with or without notice being sent to our clients.

Website Specifications:

• You have one week (7 days) to get a website up with original content. This period starts once your hosting account has been created. Any hosting account that does not have a website or has no original content up within one week, will be terminated without notice.
• Your hosting account may not be used as storage for files unrelated to your website. Each hosting account must have a website with original content on visible to the public. If we notice that you are storing unrelated files, we will suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
• Hosting files, providing links, or support in any form of warez/P2P/etc. is not allowed. You account will be immediately terminated without notice. If necessary, we will contact your ISP and the appropriate authorities to take further action.
• Adult and sexual explicit websites are prohibited, no exceptions. Any sites hosting or linking to any form of pornography will be terminated immediately without notice.  This also applies to non-nude websites, any form of sexual content is not allowed.
• No account is permitted to host any form of a proxy on our server.  If an account is found hosting a proxy, it will be terminated immediately without warning.  You may link to a proxy website, however you may not host a public or private proxy under any circumstances.
• All hate, obscene, violent or inappropriate content is prohibited.  Any website that contains this type of content will be suspended until the violations are removed.
• Use of the server for spam is not allowed. If you are caught using the server for spam, you account will be immediately terminated without notice.
• Any links or discussion of illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We will contact your ISP and the police to take further action.

Acknowledgments:

• I understand that I am solely responsible for my hosting account and my clients. I take full responsibility for all issues regarding my account.
• I understand that these terms may change at any time and it is my responsibility to make sure I am complying to the terms at all times.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for the management of backups. Free100MBHost.com cannot be help responsible for lost or stolen files. Each client will backup their own hosting account.
• I understand that my account may be terminated at any time with or without notice.
• I understand that Free100MBHost.com can accept or deny my request for any reason upon decision of the staff.
